I don't have a power tree in front of me right now, but I can say put plenty of points in stickies, and obviously skip any SR bonuses from other powers.
Edit: Derp. Should work for Mabrothrax as well though.

GI, Predator X with Pistol Melee Stunner + Piercing Mod, 5/6/6/3/6 Melee build.

Alternative:

Human Adept, Eviscerator V with Choke + Barrel, 6/6/6/6/0 or 6/6/6/5/3.

NikkoJT, try a Krogan Vanguard with maxed charge and barrier. Use your Eviscerator V with high caliber barrel and blade for best results. Enjoy headbutting Geth Primes to death either one-on-one or when surrounded by mooks and even other Primes. Whack a strength enhancer on this baby if you're into overkill.
