I noticed a similar bug with upgraded Heroic Aura. When it was active, the bonuses were not present, when i deactivated, I had negative bonuses (-10% crit chance, -15% attack, etc). However, i deactivated the talent, saved, and loaded, and all was well. So its not a permanent bug, but you should check your stats now and then to make sure everythings working right and reload if not. Just a heads up
