As the title states, I recently bought DAO: Ultimate Edition through steam, now that I am playing DAO: Awakening I was reading about some of the side quests and noticed the Velanna Exile quest was bugged for me, I read that a console command can fix that. I then went in search of how to enable console commands and I saw that I need to go to my Program files for the actual file location; But when I went to my Program files it was not located here and I could not create a shortcut bypassing the Launcher so therefor can not use the console command to do the companion quest.
I'll bump the thread if it falls off the page.. but I'm hoping for a faily quick response.
TL:DR... Why isn't my DAO in my Program Files ( Installed through Origin )
My DAO isn't located in my Program files.

This is not any kind of official support, as per the description on top. EA Help is where that is.
This started out as the gamer to gamer Peer Forum, but it's been nearly three years since the release and there just haven't been gamers visiting in numbers. It's now the offseason for game forums, so expecting any answer anytime soon here is just a fantasy. I won't use Origin or Steam, so I can't help you, other than to point you at the Official Support, the great many stickies, and the Archives.

During installation Steam makes certain (standardized) changes to the folder structures of the games it manages. Everthing is there, it's just "shifted".
Seach your harddrive for "DAorigins.exe", or (or just "\\bin_ship") and you'll find where things are.

Thanks for this, found it. Suprisingly under Origin Games.
