it does random cycle checks, some times it playable others its not

See you know better when they say that they are working on the issue...meaning some big fat re-re spilled his Colossal Size Squishy all over the server terminal. This has absolutely no bearing on the current hiring status of the US...10 Idiots to 1 Knowledgeable Worker.

You can't? I am right now

It tells me Ashes not available or something like that

To play offline with DLC  I just unplug the ethernet cable from my pc. That keeps it from trying to authenticate the DLC content.
