I think the servers are down right now. So maybe they are working on giving out those packs as we speak.

I logged on after reading someone confirm the commendation packs. Well I only saw the victory pack...

Oh yeah, I tried buying a PSP right after claiming the victory pack to receive an error and missing 99K!!!! When will you fix this credit rigging BW?!

still no commendation...and the settings were done right and i promoted at least 5 times on the challenge weekend. ill try EA support

you only had to do 3, but I haven't gotten my pack either got the victory one but not the commendation one

i had ea support tell me the pack is bugged and that is why we're not getting them. who knows if this is true but been fighting them for days and they claim they can't help

do everything he says except 1 thing, instead of emailing go for live chat, you'll get your pack within 10 minutes that way.

yesterday i went to EA chat and got my commendation pack in 1 min, really fast no problem, is the second time i need to go to the EA help chat to get my commendation pack.

I patiently waited all week. I'm currently chatting with EA right now and they manually add the packs to your account.

The Rep had me login and claim it while chatting with him/her. Lol.

My PS3 is in the living room and PC in my room so I was running back and forth. I can confirm EA Chat support works instantly following the guide mentioned above.
