Happened to me as well...just restart the game and it should work fine

Not just ME3, but probably EA in general. I was just playing SSX (and kicking ass I might add) and my run didn't count because I couldn't access the server. It happened mid-run, so I assume it was an oopsie.

Set origin to offline mode then log in to ME 3 it will solve that problem

Just got back into multiplayer server on PS3!

I got the "servers down" error about 15 minutes ago after I finished a MP mission; I tried to go back to SP but the game won't authorize From Ashes or the Deluxe Pass.
Neither can I access my MP manifest, so back to TW2 :-)

That happened to me as well, though thankfully I was on Bronze. Still annoying, and if it was scheduled maintenance, they need to tell us about it.

I'm no longer getting the servers are down message, but it's not letting me into MP or reading Galaxy at War correctly either.
