Contacted customer support and they gave me the commendation pack. Takes less than 5 mins.

contact the origin tech support and ask them to manually give you your commendation pack if you have not recieved it

i got mine and got the eagle 1 i now have all 4 of the comendation weapons at level 1...

got the victory pack earlier today, still no commendation pack though.

I keep trying to log in to get supports help, keeps saying service is unavaliable. Any ideas/, server overflow?

Contact EA live-chat. They always help me out when it comes to getting my commendation pack. Contacting them right now.

I got mine this afternoon, but my friend only got the Victory pack and no Commendation. Who does he have to get in touch with?

Game support link at the bottom of the page. Get in touch with customer support. A lot of people have had luck getting their packs that way.

Same here, but last time I got my com pack on the next day after I got the vic pack, so I am still waiting...

Still nothing. Doesn't help store always has new next to it. Can never access support too.
