I don't think so iplay... I'm from the U.S. and tech support's offline over here as well. I think Bioware got somebody piiiiissed.

a notification in my Multiplayer Manifest when i have a 'Store item' waiting to be claimed (ie FREE promo reward)
so i dont have to keep booting up the game and checking (~2-5 minutes depending on connectivity times to ea servers)
