is it the fact im from the UK that might be affecting whether or not there are advisors available? nevertheless im happy for now sitting with a cuppa tea spamming the refresh button while making my cerberus vanguard look FABULOUS ^_^

Same here. Support's been offline longer than the servers.

Australia here, had to go pester support to get my pack.

Worked but this is the second time in a row I've had to do this. Not sure whats going on : /

mine was missing before the server outage... checking now but... not holding out hope. ive only ever once received a com pack without having to call CS

Having the same problem, Victory pack received but not Commendation. On line with support (Nikunj) who is hopefully fixing this.

Trying to contact Bioware via Bioware game support but in the contact us option I all the choices are unavailable. "Call me, Live Chat, Email" can't click any of them.

I don't think so iplay... I'm from the U.S. and tech support's offline over here as well. I think Bioware got somebody piiiiissed. :P

Just got off Live Chat and got mine. Got an Eagle, but at least I got one for promoting. Only thing I can suggest is make sure you select the region in the bottom right, that seemed to be my issue when it said they were down.

They have a post up under the support section saying they fixed the problem but I still don't have one and I am not able to contact them for some reason.

Make sure that Mass Effect 3, the type of problem, and your system are selected. The options for contacting are unavailable until those three options are selected.

Have only the victory pack. Not sure - it might be a comendation one, since the local version can translate things creatively. However, still have no comendation packs from either this op or exorcist and local customer support says they can't directly give packs, make me wait for 'auto distribution', which did not yet happen.

still not working, but i think i just realised it says available from 9am to 10pm, not sure if thats about phone line or live chat but ill wait until before i try again,

Contacted support, Kakul got it for me. Eagle II, which sucks, but still, glad I got it. Breaks my Valiant streak, though (admittedly, it was only 2 in a row, but I was hoping...)

Thanks for you help man, I guess you have to pick the country on an exact page. Got my Valiant. Took 5 minutes.

know what would be great....

a notification in my Multiplayer Manifest when i have a 'Store item' waiting to be claimed (ie FREE promo reward)

so i dont have to keep booting up the game and checking (~2-5 minutes depending on connectivity times to ea servers)

Same story with me. Just checked again Midnight PST and no Commendation Pack yet. Recieved the Victory Pack much earlier in the day - Will wait to see later this morning if its arrived.
