I'll have to tell my friend to contact support tomorrow, she got her victory pack earlier today but the commendation pack didn't show up all night. This would be the second time she's been screwed out of a commendation pack. Wonder if support could give her a second one for the Raptor one she didn't get then.

Had the Victory pack but no commendation pack.

Jumped on to EA live chat. Talked to Govind and he sorted it out for me.

Got a N7 Crusader. Awesome gun but I don't like using shotguns. Oh well.

Definitely contact live chat support, you'll get the pack in a couple of minutes.

I wonder if we need to do this everytime now just to get the packs, I had to contact support for my last commendation pack as well...

Waited around trying to get the chat option live for like 2 hours, but that didn't work. Sent an email and I had the Commendation Pack a half hour after. So for those of you who can't seem to get on the "Live Chat" option when you go to the Contact Us page (that's the problem I had anyway), just write an email to them detailing a problem. It might say 24 hours, but it seems to be a helluva lot quicker.

I got the victory pack but not comm. I promoted 3 exactly and I'm on pS3. Just checked now. NOTHING!!!

Still no Commendation Pack, here in the UK. Checked this morning before going to work.

Had the Victory Pack, yesterday, hope its just a delay and it will be waiting after work!

Promoted all 6 classes on Saturady morning. If not here by weekend will have to hunt down EA / BioWare support.

Okay, for an Xbox user, who would they contact (link would be fantastic) to correct this if it isn't up later today. I live on EST, and it's 4:20am and still no sign of the pack.

* I waited till I saw Banshees mixed in w/ cerberus and geth, and then I promoted after another 2 games from that (6 to be exact).

@ MISAKA link is already in the thread (help.ea.com/contact-us) and i posted instructions a page or 2 back. Got mine in Live chat as did 2 other friends (all 3 of us Xbox) who hadn't got ours before.

What do you do when only the email option is coming up?

Both "Call me" and "Live Chat" are greyed out, even with Product/Catergory/Platform all selected.

I only had a 30 second wait and luckly got a brand new crusader. Wonder if this is what tripped the patch for some and not for others.

@ Transairion Make sure to select your country, that fixed it for me (bottom right of page).

So it your chat is still grey (non-accessible), just email them. They responded quickly enough.

Use the email option. It's not as quick, but they do get back to you. Took about 2 hours for me, but they came through. Hello Crusader... maybe I might start using shotguns for a while

Well i finally got through to Live Chat and they won't give me one. They kept saying i need to wait longer. Bull****.

I went through Live Chat just now and got through. Onkar was the one helping me and within 10 mins I got my Comm pack. Great help!

Just talked to EA livechat. 1 minute wait time, plus 5 minutes for them to fix it. Haven't had a chance to log on to confirm, but it was pretty quick and painless.

Just click Bioware Game Support under Help at the very bottom of this page
