What penalties does fatigue trigger, how bad is it and is there a way to reduce it?
Are there special considerations for an arcane warrior?
Any ideas or advice you can give me?

As far as I know fatigue directly increases the mana or stamina costs to activate spells and abilities by the percent of your fatigue. For example, if you have 10% fatigue and the spell costs 100 mana it will cost 110 mana instead. You can also get negative fatigue from set bonuses with light armours and reduce costs.

There are some bonuses from armor sets (not just light armors) that reduce fatigue like the armor sets you get from Wade. The only other way to reduce fatigue is the Powerful talent for the warrior. There isn't any spell that arcane warriors can use to reduce fatigue in my knowledge however.

It's even worse. Whenever the arcane warrior is in Combat Magic mode the fatigue more than doubles. Which is kind of odd. I hope it only effects spells and does not reduce your fighting skills. Arcane warriors already don't have much of those.

I think what El-Destructo was trying to say is that some light sets actually reduce fatigue to below zero. My rogue is wearing the first set of Wades and has -1.5 fatigue. In other words, it's not in red. I'm actually gaining stamina for wearing the thing. Nice.
