Yeah Grunt is all kinds of awesome. Loved his scenes in ME3, was gutted when I thought he was going to die but had the biggest smile on my face when he stumbled out of the cave afterwards.

ME1,2 - seem to be it was standard to have a Krogan in the group. ME1: Wrex. ME2: Grunt.

ME3:...where was Wrex or Grunt or Wreav? - did Bioware not want us to have a K.R.O.G.A.N?  Wrex was Great. Most interviews (before the game came out) the one doing the Interview always asked: Will we have Wrex as a Squadmate?"   that is a very pertinent question to a loyal ME & Wrex fan

This questioned was raised back in ME2 days. Does Bioware not care about fans wanting there favorite K.R.O.G.A.N.?   is it too hard to have a quest with Wrex back? They did with Liara (LOSB DLC)

Is it wrong for me to say, "not everyone is a fan of Liara?" But some like Wrex/Grunt more then her?

Yes!

I bet if there was a poll or something, a lot of people would have preferred this.

There was an elimination game in the Story/Campaign forum a while back. Liara was voted off before Wrex and Grunt. (Garrus was the winner.)

Yeah I would've taken Grunt over Vega. Vega cool and all, but if I had to choose, Vega doesn't come close to Grunt

I have to admit I never cared for Grunt in ME2. I thought it was interesting that he had to find his way in the world with nothing but Okeer's teaching to guide him, but after his 'rite, he just becomes like any other krogan. I also kinda hated Shepard for not doing much anything to give Grunt any direction in life either, just stealing him to use as a battering-ram for a suicide mission. Forgettable, not a fan.

But in ME3 he did the most b.a. thing of any squadmate in any game by solo'ing those rachni. I also liked the way he lead that krogan squad in general. Oh yeah, and his drunken e-mail message was priceless. Grunt moved way up my list in his brief ME3 appearance.

I would like to see what that would have been like? Okeer coming on the Normandy, I mean, this guy is well hated as Urdnot Wreav and Wrex said

He has a history of abmonation lol. So for him to be a Squadmate would very interesting. Not sure if he'd turn on Shepard or just be an awesome Squadmate. Years of experience. Wealth of Knowledge.

The shuttle's down that path. I'll hold'em off. Get out of here Shephard!

Grunt was willing to give his life for Shephard. The Krogans deserve the cure for the Genophage

You know, I hated how ME3 kept pretending that "Heh heh heh" laugh of his was his trademark, when it's never used once in ME2. The intention behind it was nice, and it could have worked really well when you think he was going to die, but its execution feels forced.

actually it was. It's rarely found though. It's an "unique" dialogue choice in the wheel.

But, I liked the whole "heh heh heh" laugh. I think it reveals K.R.O.G.A.N. Character well.

Could you point me to where it's found? I'm interested.
But my point still stands. Even if it's used only once, it doesn't make it his trademark, though I did quite like the laugh.

If I could, I would. I just remember him saying it. I played ME2........like 8x lol. ME2 Replay Value was great. Such memorable characters all with unique dialogue and scenes. ME1 was also like this.

it's sad ME3 sucks
