Exact same situation here. This happened the last time the goal was promoting classes too, and I never did get that pack. Customer Service just told me they didn't have the power to grant Commendation Packs.

This is complete and utter Bull****... I worked my ass off to promote three times in one night because I had to work all day the next and wouldn't have had time and I even promoted an extra time just to be sure.. And now I don't get **** for it...

The other thing that pisses me off is I see these kids running around with a level 8 Sniper that just came out today and a damn maxed out saber and their N7 rankings are 100's 80's and 120's.. My N7 ranking is at 520 and I have yet to unlock any of the ultra rares except for the black widow, the paladin, and the talon... What the ****...

With the new patch on PC now and soon consoles, the new DLC, and the server problems from today, I can understand if they don't give them out right away.

I don't have one yet, but I think I promoted my characters literally minutes before the actual event started, and then didn't play for the rest of the weekend. As for the others with better gear, maybe they don't promote, or have tons of extra cash lying around to spend on the game. Try buying a normal Spectre Pack once in a while. Of the Javelin, Talon II, and Wraith I have, all but the Wraith (or Javelin, can't remember) came in a Spectre Pack after buying tons of PSP's and getting nothing.

Same. I've heard PC players are getting their commendation packs. Has anyone with an Xbox got one yet?

my friend got both the victory and commendation pack but i only got the victory pack so this is bugged

I promoted four time after the splash and have received nothing. Please may I have my commendation pack bioware? Whom may I ask nicely for it?

Yeah, same issue here, got a victory pack but no commendation pack, despite having promoted 3 guys at once on sunday. Maybe it's just gonna be a day late like last time :<

I wish Bioware would just talk to the community. It would settle the majority of this frustration all players are having... Taking a few minutes to create a simple sticky thread explaining the issue would solve all of this Bull****.

i just want to hear some assurance that they're aware of the issue and working on it. I don't mind waiting but every time I see one of these threads there is never a response from Bioware about how things are going down. Polite people can wait for fixes, but no one likes being left in the dark.

I have got my victory pack the other day but still no commendation pack i did not get no pack from the first 2 operations but i got one from the exorsist operation but none from this one, only just got the latest patch today though.

I had the same issue and customer service live chat was down (best way to do it). Eventually it worked for me, but then my modem went all screwy. After about an hour of messing with it, I got back online, with the servers and chat up, only to have my pack randomly sitting there for me.

So, my advice? It expires in 6 days, so just wait it out for up to four or so. THEN freak out and contact support, when ea is getting less "WTF?" traffic.

Had the same issue, just called customer service a half hour ago and calmly explained the situation. They sent me the pack through the server within a minute. I went to the Xbox dashboard as instructed and went back into the game and it was there. Don't kill yourselves over something that u can easily call for and get what u want without spazzing or getting upset. This is after all free content.

I tried to login to EA to get the live chat support and it says it's down (yeah right). Does anyone have a number?

I just called EA support. They told me it's an issue that they are working on. They said some people did not get their commendation packs but some did. This sounds like a story to me, but I will wait a little longer. I have trouble believing it's an "issue" when others were able to call and get their packs pushed out.
