No, I hate hearing the Reave sound for five minutes, so I'm ok with no sound at all.

i play mostly justicar so i got used to it, and now that the patch is out I sometimes don't even get the enemy turning purple when i hit them with reave. it'd be nice to have the sound back if it wasn't as loud when this happens so i don't waste 3 more powers on them when others (frakking hunters and phantoms) deserve it more.

why do people even use the reave button, just spam cluster nades and run back to the ammo box... psh.

So Bio took the easiest and cheapest way - instead of fixing sound they just completely removed it.

Because it causes a Biotic Explosion when you use it WITH cluster nades thus devastaing enemies.
The bug was so bad it made me eventually like the reave sound oddly enough.

Here are suggestions on how to implement it:
1. Source it spatially (and quietly) on affected enemies. Approach a Reaved enemy and you'll hear it.
2. Source it spatially (and quietly) on DR-sucking Adept/Justicar. Approach the Reaver, and you'll hear it.
3. Make it audible to the Reaver only, as a psychic cue that DR is active.
All of those would take too much programming, I guess...
good idea's and if they decide to fix it right, i wouldn't mind having the sound back.

i hope it is gone for good. the sound kept lagging out and would just play from the first use to the end of the game.

Started playing the Drell Adept for challenges, and because he's so fast about the field, i'll often Reave something - dash off - but cant tell if the enemy is still Reaved or not.
Can we either have the noise back, or an indicator on the HUD if a power is active? e.g.: illuminate the power button.
