I messed up. It was my screw up, but... I started a new Mass Effect character as I now own all the DLCs and stuff so I wanted to get 100% of the codex entries in all three games I am at the beginning of Mass Effect 1 and I went to view the nebula in order to get the Citadel Station: Serpent Nebula codex entry. I listened to the Volus and Human's conversation in full and Shepard even had a little scene viewing the Nebula with Kaiden and Ashley (my two squadmates at the time) but when I checked my Codex I did not get the entry added and I can no longer choose the view the nebula again and the two civilians who were talking about the Destiny Ascension are gone nowhere to be found. Is it possible to just hex edit the entry in? Or do I have to re-do two and a half hours of gameplay again?
Is it possible to add a codex entry with a hex program?
