Dear Bioware
I have had a number of issues for some time with online.
Coming to the Technical Support section showed me that it's not just PS3 users who have these issues
They include:
Frame rate issues.
Freezing
Loss of connection (this happens to me a lot and quite often to my squadmates)
Glitches (especially with vanguard classes)
etc.
I hear that the EA servers across all online EA games are having issues. Is there an EA representative on Bioware Social Network who can address this issue?
What is actually being done to fix these?
I've also noticed the frame rate issues have gotten worse with the Rebellion Pack. It was very off putting last night.
I really enjoy online. It is an exciting way to meet up with fellow Mass Effect players and try out different classes and weapons as part of a team. But these issues detract from the experience.
Thank you for reading my message.
I apologise for my multitude of complaints. I do actually love Mass Effect 3
and am always looking forward to more.
Sincerely
Abraham_uk

Guys have you played any other games on the EA servers?
Are the connection and framerate issues just as bad on games such as Battlefield 3?

The lag/ frame rate is probably only worse because more people are playing then usual, but that's just a guess. It should level back to normal soon. I do hope it starts working better for you soon.

Are you talking internet lag or system lag where the game starts dropping frames and after a minute or so you have like 1frame per 20 seconds?

Well I don't know which lag.
But it's where I get a frame every 20 seconds that bothers me.
Not occasional slow down (where the game is still playable).
That should not happen. Ever.
I've played splitscreen on N64, Gamecube, PS2 and PS3 so I'm used to jerky frame rate. Heck I went through Elderscrolls Oblivion and Fallout 3 on PS3. Jerky frame rate is still playable.
But a frame every 20 seconds is just woeful!

Thats a system lag because of the memory leak. Internet lag is where players magicaly teleport from one location to another.

Hope it is playable tonight. I will need some therapy to get over the Lidstrom retirement.
