do you know if I have to contact my local customer center or if I can contact direclty the North American or "International" one?
Last time I contacted my local customer service they were not helpful..

Everyone who has spoken to me has had perfect English. I guess it's easier to just make assumptions instead of actually try stuff, huh?

Did you check off all the boxes? You need to select "Mass Effect 3" and a help category before it will let you use the chat.

Beside I'll have to contact them anyway since the absence of commendation packs is not the only issue.
I read many players on Xbox are downloading the new patch but every time I started the game the download did not take place....
