I didn't get my Commendation Pack. Where do I go to whine?.

I'm pretty sure I promoted all 3 characters whithin the time-frame, so.. Can I have some pointers?.

I don't have the actual link, but go to ea.com click on ME3, log in, go to help. There should then be a contact us. You will have to choose a few options, such as what platform etc. and do a live chat. They have always been pretty helpful and nice towards me when I need to contact them and usually have it done within a few minutes

Just use email if you don't want to chat/call. Takes less than a minute. And the response time is good.

If you use the chat, they can get you the pack really fast: I got it in under five minutes. There seems to be this wide-sweeping belief that they will always be rude to you or something, but I've contacted them 4 times and they were always great. You really have nothing to lose.

I suppose I'll have to contect EA too.
do you know if I have to contact my local customer center or if I can contact direclty the North American or "International" one?

Last time I contacted my local customer service they were not helpful..

I had no problem with either. The person who helped me was both quick and grammatically proficient.

Everyone who has spoken to me has had perfect English.   I guess it's easier to just make assumptions instead of actually try stuff, huh?

You say the chat service is unavailable?  Try again in a few minutes.  I saw people complaining of the same thing earlier, but when I tried I contacted them easily.  It may just be a temporary connection problem.

Switch country to United States using the selector at the bottom right then you can get into the live chat.

Did you check off all the boxes?  You need to select "Mass Effect 3" and a help category before it will let you use the chat.

Same. And earlier I saw many a post expressing a similar experience. this was a fewew hours ago mind you.

I hadn't a very good experience with Italian EA customer service. Do you remember the Grissom Academy bug?
Beside I'll have to contact them anyway since the absence of commendation packs is not the only issue.
I read many players on Xbox are downloading the new patch but every time I started the game the download did not take place....
