I didn't get my Commendation Pack. Where do I go to whine?.

Just spent 30 minutes with customer support to get my Commendation pack. What do I unlock?

N7 Eagle III. Bioware sure has a funny idea of rewards.

I am one of the many unlucky players who did not receive their Commendation Pack for Operation ShieldWall.

I followed the guidelines for the Operation, data tracking is enabled in my settings and I promoted XXX (the number of classes you promoted here) classes in the timeframe of the event.

Therefore Im asking You to help me and manually add a Commendation Pack to my account.

Thank You in advance for Your assistance,

did everything like that, with luck they finally fix my account so I don't have to contact them to beg for my fake guns...

(only missed one operation goal so far and all I have is an eagle 1) :/

All I did was enter that it was for ME3, what type of problem it was, and that it was for the 360 and I connected to a live chat easily.

I didn't get my commendation pack. I wasn't too bothered at first. Then I decided to email EA Customer Services.

2 hours later I have my commendation pack. Lo and behold, what do I see?

A Hurricane I!

I'm a happy little Turian now

Thank you for this! I was able to get through into live chat with some of this information. Eagle II, but, eh, I stoll got it.

Me neither. I followed the steps the guy posted but I get stuck after contact page. There is no 'product' anywhere on the screen. I assume I have to log in first but I don't have an Origin account, I am with Xbox, I only have a gamertag, that's it.

Your origin account is your EA account. Go onto EA's site and register your EA account as an Origin account.

It's 1:35 AM here, but I can manage to stay here for another hour or so.

Update: try using Internet Explorer instead of Firefox or other browsers.

Just to reitterate what I sent in a PM to zerozen00 (in case anyone else is having this problem)

After I get to step 3, and select the "contact us" link ... I have no option to select product, platform, etc. I'm asked to log into my account (which I already am on the regular EA site, btw). I keep hitting the login button, but nothing happens. I'm not sure if there is supposed to be a pop-up window here for Origin or what.

I should also note that I am already using internet explorer.

Ok, can anyone suggest a light, free video capture tool? I think I'd better make a video of what to do.

Ugh, all that just for a crap-tastic pack?

I think I'll pass. I'd rather not deal with going through hoops to get a crappy weapon or class I already have.

It takes just a minute to try. If it doesn't work you the first time you can give up immediately, if you think it's not worth one minute of your time.

Just had to get mine via Live Chat. They were really cool and the only part that took a long time was for my PS3 to run through its usual "Checking" b.s. If you still haven't got yours hit them up. It is painless.

Thanks for the tip, within 2 minutes from starting I got my pack! No need to bother with e-mails and such.

I got an Eagle II though. :crying:

Open your Origin, left side of your user name should be a question mark, hit it. Then there's a selection in the top menu bar called "Live Chat". After I clicked that it took maybe 10 seconds and a chat window popped up with a very helpful EA support person.

+1 for Origin and EA. It might not be Steam yet, but at least they're giving them some competition and an alternative for the gamers.

Edit: This is for PC users, don't know how the gamepad people with consoles do it(sounds a wee bit more complex).

No matter what I type into the product box nothing comes up, the 2nd step never materializes.  It says that live chat and phone are both unavaible(also greyed out) and the email support is greyed out as well.
I tryed the phone number lister for EA customer support but it didn't work, it is possible that that is because I called at about 7:02, it apparently closes at 7pm...

The guide is not helping because while I am able to log in without a hitch I cannot select a product in the contact us section.
