FIRST OF ALL DO NOT PANIC IF YOU DO NOT SEE ALL THE OPTIONS AVAILABLE AT ONCE! They become available one by one when you complete each step.
1) Go here.

5) Under "Category" select "Game Play/In Game".
6) Under "Platform" select your platform.
7) I did all this right now, and the available options are "Call me", which you want to avoid, and "Email me", which we're going to use.
8) in the "Subject" field type: Operation SHIELDWALL Commendation Pack missing.
9) In the "Description" form type this:10) In the "Sub category" field choose "Prizes".Greetings,
I am one of the many unlucky players who did not receive their Commendation Pack for Operation ShieldWall.
I followed the guidelines for the Operation, data tracking is enabled in my settings and I promoted XXX (the number of classes you promoted here) classes in the timeframe of the event.
Therefore Im asking You to help me and manually add a Commendation Pack to my account.
Thank You in advance for Your assistance,

did everything like that, with luck they finally fix my account so I don't have to contact them to beg for my fake guns...
(only missed one operation goal so far and all I have is an eagle 1) :/

Me neither. I followed the steps the guy posted but I get stuck after contact page. There is no 'product' anywhere on the screen. I assume I have to log in first but I don't have an Origin account, I am with Xbox, I only have a gamertag, that's it.iheartbob wrote...

Your origin account is your EA account. Go onto EA's site and register your EA account as an Origin account.a ViciousFerret wrote...
