I love it too, but I prefer all weapons at level 1, that N7 Crusader II & N7 Hurricane II.
Exactly, 
Valiant is missing to me, because I like snipers :)

It a good job its a slow day at work, as spent most of it trying to contact the EA Un-Support service.

can't find a phone or email address on the website.
not on facebook or twitter so can't use that!
sent an email via a logon / password forgotten request they haven't replyed yet.
moaned on this forum!
EA support web page broken as wont let me see the second group of choices for whats wrong with our product so can't complete the help form!!!!!!!!

Now in need of some good old Krogan charge / headbut / smash destruction! Oh wait the patch has broken the servers....

This and all the other "Problems" in the game and in players posts / topics I may just have to go back to single player (stop cheering!)

If it's not in the Store after work this evening I'm going to be looking through my games manuals for a number / email address - EA you have been warned!!!

Yes Zerozen00, I have followed you instructions, which were more help than I have got from EA, thanks.

But my works PC wont show the part where you select "game play" to proceed to the platform selection, all I get is a pull down menu that you can't see any text on. Any help on that?

Maybe a good old British cup of Tea and a bisket will carm me down.

1) Go here. Login with yoour credentials (You can find the login button on the top right corner of the page).
To everyone who gets the "Servide temporary unavailable" message follow the instructions in this post (credit goes to TheGorillaTickler).
2) Make sure the location is set to US (bottom right of the page to select location).
3) Select Contact Us (on the right of the page).
4) Under "Product" select "Mass Effect 3" (or the deluxe edition if you have that). YOU HAVE TO START TYPING "Mass Effect" TO MAKE THE SELECTION APPEAR. If it doesn't work, follow Neegs' suggestion here.
5) Under "Category" select "Game Play/In Game".
6) Under "Platform" select your platform.
7) I did all this right now, and the available options are "Call me", which you want to avoid, and "Email me", which we're going to use.
8) in the "Subject" field type: Operation SHIELDWALL Commendation Pack missing.
9) In the "Description" form type this:

Greetings,

I am one of the many unlucky players who did not receive their Commendation Pack for Operation ShieldWall.

I followed the guidelines for the Operation, data tracking is enabled in my settings and I promoted XXX (the number of classes you promoted here) classes in the timeframe of the event.

Therefore Im asking You to help me and manually add a Commendation Pack to my account.

10) In the "Sub category" field choose "Prizes".
11) Send the email.


Hey zerozen! I followed this exactly yesterday afternoon, and last night got a lovely email response from a very nice EA rep, and my Commendation Pack showed up on the xbox store.
(Got a Valiant! yay!)
So worth writing to them. I quoted this because it is buried back on page 5 now. Thanks zen!

Well...wow, thank you. Much appreciated.:D

I'm still waiting for an answer from support regarding the "service temporarily unavailable" problem, then I'll update the new guide, the one in my signature, with the info.

Something important to note - you must have upload game feedback ON. If you turn it off for whatever reasons (they be spying on me noes) then you will not qualify and EA will not help you.

^This is a given. But it only impacts eligibility for the Commendation Pack, not the ability to contact Support.

First time i didn't have my Commendation pack given to me. Followed this guide and sent the e-mail, and later the same day it was sorted! Got Hurricane II to go with Crusader II and Eagle I. Still waiting to unlock Valiant!!!!
