Something I have to say:
I follow the guide, sent the email. I got a response within 30-60 seconds (got an N7 Eagle), I am not even kidding. I'm so beyond impressed, and I think it's silly for someone to say "not bothering with this support email as it might not work", because chances are you'll send it and get your commendation pack less than a minute later!
I didn't get my Commendation Pack. Where do I go to whine?.

Haven't gotten my pack either and when I try to log into the origin help center it just sits forever trying to load after I input my info and click "log in". Not in a huge rush for the box but the crappy help desk does need some fixing.

@ill-tent: I wrote in the guide that if you are stuck at the prompt you can just reload the page and voilà, you're in.

THANKS COSMO - contacted help desk by email and they had sorted it out in about 5-10mins. Got my commendation pack now - with an N7 shotgun.
I've got all the shotguns now - give me an assault rifle instead!!! GRRRR.

To all those who like to talk to a real person for help, here is EA's help number for the US.

Just called them and it took less than five minutes to get my commendation pack. Went through the recording, pressed 1 for Mass Effect help and immediately got put through to a helpful person. They also gave me a 15% discount to origin for my troubles.

Please do. I found it to be the easiest way to get help. I tried following all the guides on here, including yours, but could never get their website to work, always got the site temporarily unavailable message for days. Tried changing my password and changing my master origin id but there damn website still wouldn't work for me. So I did some googleing and found that phone number. It would be nice to get the word out on it.

This just in: I just got off live chat with an EA support person and he said that although he would like to process my request to give me my missing Victory Pack, due to the fact that the event has already closed, he is unable to give me the pack. So anyone that hasn't gotten one of your packs by now is SOL.
