I didn't get my Commendation Pack. Where do I go to whine?.

In other news...did we get a Rebellion reinforcement pack? I can't get online to check until tomorrow (the multiplayer took more data than I expected and I ended up blowing the roof off my data cap just after promoting my 3rd class last weekend.)

Beside I'll have to contact them anyway since the absence of commendation packs is not the only issue.
I read many players on Xbox are downloading the new patch but every time I started the game the download did not take place....
I am on PC but the patch took way longer to install and download than it was supposed to be: it is only 28Mb or so but it took a whole 10 minutes to download and install
mabe these players have just been impatient and resetted before giving it the time to perform it's tasks.
I was about to hit CTRL/ALT/CANC too when I saw how long it was taking

@Dynamik78: good for you, I actually never got to talk to them 'cause the waiting line was always very long. Live chat is...just no. Don't get me started on that. Ergo, email is the best way to manage this situation.
Trust me, in 5 operations I have received my ComPack without EA support only once so had to deal with them a lot.

Yep. I just tried it and it works for me right now (as long as all boxes are selected). It might be out in your area or something.

2. Type in "Mass Effect 3" in Product, and choose it from the search. Pick the "GAME PLAY/IN GAME" category. Pick your platform. Click "Email ME".
3. Choose "Prizes" in the Subcategory. Fill in the form with your problem.
I did this last weekend (Operation SILENCER) because I did not receive my Commendation Pack either. They replied within a day, and their responses to my replies were very quick. Alas, they did not give me my Commendation Pack =(, because according to them I should've sent in my inquiry earlier =/.
I didn't receive my Commendation Pack this time as well, so I'm doing the same thing right now.

I got that too but I closed my browser and reopened, then it would keep the log in screen up so i hit the refresh button and i was logged in.

Yes, you have to be logged in. How does the page "Service unavailable message" look like? Is it something from the site itself, or is it a page you usually see in your browser? If you're at work/school, you might be behind a firewall preventing you from going further.D.Shepard wrote...

Then go to help.ea.com. Set location to USA (bottom right). Login.
If the login screen says the password is incorrect even if you typed it right, type it again until it starts working. When it accepts the login data and the...thing starts spinning on it to show it's connecting you, if it takes too long just refresh the page and you're in.
Only after that you can go to the "contact us" section without problems.
Try it and let me know, I'll be here to help you find another solution if that doesn't work.
Just got my Crusader I, now I have them all (Hurricane is at level II, good since it's the most useful of the promo wapons).

It appears on the Login page. I'm at home and I even tried without "Inprivate browers" option.
So it's from the site itself, it appears just bove the email field, in a dark orange box with a " ! " inside a circle.

There is no email address, at least not that I know of. The only way to send them an email is via the form that appears on the help.ea.com site when you choose "email" instead of "live chat" or "phone call".crucibleAU wrote...
