I didn't get my Commendation Pack. Where do I go to whine?.

If it's from the site itself, I doubt it's something from your browser/computer. But it's worth a try to do what someone else said: clear cookies and cache, and probably try another browser or another device (mobile phone, or iPad/iPod).

I could even try with another PC but it seems a site tech issue. Other persons experienced the same issue.

I finally managed to contact them via live chat but they started to ask me name/surname etc... They already know my account is not fake or anything... I'd like to share personal data in non encreypted server (it didn't seem encrypted)

So, does anyone know if ALL commendation packs are out now? Because I promoted 6 classes (4 on Saturday, May 26th and 2 on Sunday, May 27th), upload feedback is turned on (I've never turned it off), and this is the first time I've ever not had my commendation pack by Wednesday.

Yeah same, emailed them maybe 20 minutes ago so will see what happens.

I've had no problems getting them before so this problem seems to be extremly random.

Where do I go to find the email address to email them? It will NOT let me log in... I keep getting a "service temporarily unavilable" message no matter how many times I attempt to log in and/or refresh the page.

I managed to get through to Live Chat (eventually) and was told i needed to wait longer for my Commendation Pack. The guy couldn't give me a time frame or anything though, so after trying to convince him that most other people had recieved the pack and those that hadn't were recieving them from the very Live Chat that he was speaking to me through, i politely gave up. I've tried using the Email Me option instead, in the hope that i get someone who will solve the issue rather than just give me a standard response.

It would be extremely useful if Bioware would post some kind of updates on whether Commendation Packs are still being distributed, whether there is any delay and when they have finished distributing them. It would make dealing with EA Chat a lot easier - being able to say "There's no point in me waiting any longer because Bioware have finished distributing the packs." would have been very useful. As it stands all i could do was accept the guy telling me that i had to wait longer and try a different method of contact. Alternatively if i was sure that Bioware was still distributing the packs i'd be more than happy to leave EA Support alone and wait until they'd finished. As it is, Bioware's usual lack of communication means i'm bothering EA Support when i might not need to be.

Seems like people get a variable response here. Some rude, some are very helpful, some won't help and others do it in seconds. I've contacted them twice now for Commendation Packs, and both times the Live Chat rep has been very helpful and very, very efficient.

EDIT: And it was the Eagle III. So not worth the effort...

Quick question to people who have contacted them through email before. I've recieved a reply saying that a Game Expert (heh :P) will contact me shortly. WIll they contact me via another email, or will they contact me through the Live Chat?

I have received my Victory pack, but have not yet received my Commendation pack. I am currently on "hold" on live chat. He stated that "I would do my best to help you", lol.

I have yet to receive my Commendation Pack as well. I've actually emailed EA and is now waiting for a respond.

For those like me, good luck to us all.

Edit - Their Ticket/Case system is a monster... It ate up all of my fullstops, commas and brackets. Wow...

Still having this problem. I AM logged into EA.com, but I am NOT logged in to help.ea.com, and can't get past the login request pop-up. Service unavailable. Those of you who eventually got past, did you just keep entering your info until it worked?

Why the hell do we have to self-debug EA's help service, anyways?

Update: Just finished the live chat. The EA helper was able to get me the commendation pack in about 5 minutes. Not bad. Their chat help service has always been easy and effective for me. If you can get chat to work, they were very helpful.

Yeah, when it #$(^*ing works.

Oh god, I just got an idea as to why it might work. Does their login server detect your ip region? My Xboxlive and all of my game accounts are American, but I live in Japan. PLEASE tell me I don't have to use the Japanese help service....

I solved the problem by "updating" the "EA Screen name" or something like that. Since I never logged in their site before.

Go to ea.com and log in. If you see your email address at right on the webpage click on it and choose a screen name. it worked for me. I have still to get the pack though, I'm awaiting a reply..

No idea. Its 8.50pm in Singapore here, and I've opened the ticket/case, which says its opened on 12.38pm (about 20mins passed, so its right)... I dunno....
