To all of you that still don't know where to go to complain about not receiving your Commendation Packs, do the following:

1. Go to: https://help.ea.com/contact-us. You'll have to login/register your Origin account.
2. Type in "Mass Effect 3" in Product, and choose it from the search. Pick the "GAME PLAY/IN GAME" category. Pick your platform. Click "Email ME".
3. Choose "Prizes" in the Subcategory. Fill in the form with your problem.

I did this last weekend (Operation SILENCER) because I did not receive my Commendation Pack either. They replied within a day, and their responses to my replies were very quick. Alas, they did not give me my Commendation Pack =(, because according to them I should've sent in my inquiry earlier =/.

I didn't receive my Commendation Pack this time as well, so I'm doing the same thing right now.

I just followed these instructions.  Thanks!

Yeah, when it #$(^*ing works.

Oh god, I just got an idea as to why it might work. Does their login server detect your ip region? My Xboxlive and all of my game accounts are American, but I live in Japan. PLEASE tell me I don't have to use the Japanese help service....

I live in Italy and I used North American support service. It's globalization, my friend Image IPB

BTW let me know if the suggestion I posted above helped you.

LoL What the hell? Ok, so I registered a "master account name", and check my profile on their site. It says my only registered EA game is Mass Effect >2<, which I have SOMEHOW "played online". Yet, it does NOT list Mass Effect 3 (had to add it myself just now) and I am not registered as having played online.

How is that possible if I had to make an Origin ID to play the damn game online in the first place?

Alright, so I finally made it into the ACTUAL EA help page. But I'm worried, because my ME3 game was not registered to my account before I created my "master account name". Are they going to claim I didn't HAVE the game and thus couldn't have earned a commendation pack? All my info is obviously tracked here on BSN, can they use that to cross reference?

We'll find out I guess...

I noticed the same thing. If they say something about it just give them your Bioware Social Network username. If your copy it's registered here, you are fine.
If they don't have it listed on ea.com it's not your fault.

Ok, I sent in my entry, I hope they clear this up. I missed out on the ones from the last operation too, and never got those.

Didn't get my pack either, and live chat was greyed out for me and unavailable, so I just had them call.. took like 2 minutes to get my pack. Whatever faults EA may have, their phone customer service has always been phenomenal.

Well, I got into a live chat with "Ajay".  He correctly guessed about my issue being with Operation Shieldwall, but now hes trying to figure out what im talking about when I said I couldn't get into the Help site.

Hopefully he can get me a pack.

EDIT:  WOOT, after asking me a couple questions, he added the pack to my account.  SUCCESS!!  Thanks so much about that "master account name" suggestion.  That was the problem, apparently.  Looks like the Help page sometimes bugs out and doesn't accept emails as IDs.

You are luckier than me, then.
I tried live chat and they asked for "updated personal information". They already know my Gamertag (linked to the account). Since they wanted to "update" every single info I had to postpone the procedure (I had just a couple of minutes before attending other business). When I got back I sent the email but not reply yet...

Thanks Zen. For some reason i have four open cases today, despite the fact i've only contacted them twice - once by live chat and once by email. They all have a status of open too. I'm wondering if i should close the additional cases and just leave the one with the note (a copy of my email to them) open.

Why bother emailing...just use live chat. I logged in, saw no pack...logged onto chat and had my pack within 5 mins this morning.

Sorry to hear that. See, that's another reason I always go for email, so that they have all the info at once, don't bother me again until the issue has been solved and don't have to chat with someone less competent than my dog. Also, by using email only things don't overlap between two support teams.

You're welcome. You should definitely close all your solved cases, support notices that kind of things when assisting you.

My Live Chat option is greyed out. Anyway, mic feed port has problem too. Email is the only way it works for me.

Not too bothered with the pack though, just another gun for me to fool around with.

For the reason I posted in my previous post.
I'll wait till tomorrow then I'll contact my local support  via telephone. After all  they have representatives in my country.

I never complained on this forums about BW/EA but I simply don't like how they are handling these events.
No polemics intented but I miss the "old style Bioware".

Don't see the point of waiting till tomorrow when they can do it for you today in less than 5 mins.

As for the chat being greyed out...you need to search mass effect 3, select game play issue, then your platform and the chat option will be blue.

I agree about the email-live chat arguments.

I wanted to give them some more time to answer to my open case.

After an email is sent, how long does it take for them to reply? 4 hours and waiting..

I don't know. It's the first time I have to contact them. I wonder if all these troubles are worth the promotional weapon we can get. I just want my pack because it's my right since I pormoted 4 classes... but the troubles are not matched by the items' usefulness.
Just my opinion, though

I emailed them 3 hours ago now with no response or sign of anything. Thinking about going via the live chat instead, maybe that'll work.

I had to do it 4 times already (once for every pack except for the second one), and the respose time ranged from a few minutes (this time) to an hour or two.
