Still no pack for me. First event that they've forgot me. I am disappoint.

If you use the chat, they can get you the pack really fast: I got it in under five minutes. There seems to be this wide-sweeping belief that they will always be rude to you or something, but I've contacted them 4 times and they were always great. You really have nothing to lose.
