They ask for my email, last name, then said I manually added the Commendation pack to your account. Simple as that, no problem for me

As much as I hear people complain about the live chat, I just talked to a representative and got my commendation pack within minutes. I suggest going that rout.

I got my Commendation pack after contacting them through email in less than 24 hours. I got a Crusader. Not what I was looking for =(, but ah well. I'm on PS3.

I just contacted EA through their Live Chat...and I've gotta say it was quick and painless. Much thanks to Deepak for helping me...got my commendation pack in approx. 5 mins total time from the 1 min wait till the end of the chat. Definitely go this route for quick and easy fix.

I made a masterid but for some reason the service still says temporarily unavailable! I haven't gotten my commendation packs yet (xbox)
