When we sell/release Reinforcement Packs through Sony, we are required to submit them for certification testing at least 3 weeks prior to the date a pack would be sold. That being said, before launch (notice the dates on these images) we submitted a large batch of possible Reinforcement Packs to Sony. After launch we could then choose which ones would be actually available. They had different prices so that we could determine a fair price based on the actual content included when a pack went live. This also gave us flexibility to release new Reinforcement Packs on a weekly basis as we did with the Premium Spectre, Jumbo Equipment, etc.

These Reinforcement Packs were accidentally made public for a short period of time. Sony has taken them down as they were not meant to go public. When we go live with a new Reinforcement Pack it always is available through the in-game multiplayer store and it is always available for purchase using credits or currency.

Some of the packs from this list will never go live, as they may not support balanced gameplay, but other packs from the list could eventually be released. We will continue to listen to the feedback from our community about the types of packs you would like to see in the future. We appreciate your support and rest assured we are working hard every day to support a fun and ongoing multiplayer experience.

So, from this list, I really want the mystery packs. Everything else could be removed, but the mystery packs I want. A lot. I want the mystery character pack. I'm not interested in getting weapons at the moment. I just want to finish unlocking my characters. I'm getting tired of getting weapons, honestly.

Really hope the N7 pack isn't part of the list of "will never go live" as i would absolutely love to get my hands on a few of those, probably cost an absurd amount of credits but would be worth it.

So... They have the N7 packs, but chose to never release them... They enjoy seeing us wasting tons and tons of credits on Specter & Premium Specter packs as we get spammed with pointless character cards instead of getting N7 weapons...

Hum... :-/

All I want and need is the N7 Pack.

Please Bioware :o

N7 Rating is soooo useless and all I get are those XP character cards.

Then listen to this feedback:

Realease the N7 pack as soon as possible.  Make it a million credits or even two million, I don't care.  I and many others are really tired of trying to level up our ultra rares only to go 50+ straight PSP's without a single black card, and instead getting an endless stream of character cards we neither need nor want.  It's a terrible way to reward player time and effort, and I don't even know what to say in terms of its value real-money wise (for people who spend real money).

This is what I take from Scylla's post.  Kind of pisses me off honestly.  I've spent so many million of credits in this game and only have 13 total ranks amongst all my ultra rares.  Seriously I'm probably averaging 4 million credits per rank at least.  And all this time BW is sitting on the solution to my ultra rare (and many others') woes?  Really not cool.

2 million credits for a pack that gives you 10 items, similar to the jumbo equipment pack but with content similar to a spectre pack, and a guarenteed ulra-rare would be nice.

But I also kinda like the gambling as of now, it was funt to spend my 7 million credits buying packs and then enjoying and admiring my loot. :)

Yes, I've had it up to here with all the bugs, connections issues and lost money. But this atleast, would be a start. Just look at my sig, 2.3 million credits with 0 reward. Why 0 you ask? Because I recieved nothing new from those 23 PSP's. Just dual sets of OLD character cards, not even the new ones... All I got was 1 smg gear item. Now do you really thing an smg damage boost of 7% is worth 2.3million credits? I sure as hell don't.

I personally want those Mystery Mini-packs. I have every mod but that dang pistol stunner. Veteran packs just give me Character Cards that I already have, the rest rarely give me a mod I use...

I kinda like the current system and would not want a "guarantee" N7 pack. In the last 100 PSP I bought since Rebellion came out (I saved a lot), I got a total of 22 (!) ultra-rares. Just now I had 4 ultras in 13 PSPs. I find it very rewarding when the N7 black card appears. Being able to "buy" this feeling is sort of shallow imho. I can totally relate to people who have dry runs. I had those, too. But when I finally had another ultra-rare, the sheer happiness of finally getting one was worth it.

I agree that it's rather hard to get gear atm, as there is no "gear pack", but I think it's not that bad that one can't max those out so quickly: I had the new rare Rebellion weapons maxed out in a matter of minutes due to my savings and all other rares being maxed already, so that wasn't really rewarding and I think the same will apply if an N7 pack would be available.

And for the people like myself that have a 100 PSP minimum before we unlock an ultra rare do not like the current system. If I ever unlock an Ultra rare, it's always one, just one. And it'll be something that  I don't want like the scoprion or Wraith..... Fml.

I don't mind the current system. I get an Ultra Rare, yay. If not, doesn't really matter. An N7 pack would be completely pointless. If those were released, the only lobbies you would see are farming lobbies. Completely obnoxious in my opinion.

Tell me something.  Do you have friends that did the Credit Glitch?  Most every friend I made at release did said glitch.  They promptly quit once they maxed all their weapons.  I 'd rather Bioware NOT release an N7 pack because, as much as we all want it, it would end up killing the game significantly faster.

I don't want a guaranteed N7. I hope they never release that pack, because I will buy it even though I don't want it, I'm weak that way. I like the system the way it works now, gives me something to look forward to. In all other games I have everything unlocked after a week of playing.

Will there be any form of compensation for those who bought the packs? Since they didn't give anything when bought.

Nope. None of my friends glitch. Out of 18 friends who first played multiplayer, only 2 still play ME3 multiplayer.

I think that holding out on N7 weapons will make more people stop playing the game once they have all golds. If Bioware is putting it's bets on people who will stick around to grind on Specter & Premium Specter packs, then this game is just going to die out until they release the next multiplayer DLC pack.
