Yesterday I tried to download the new patch and everything was going well till I got stuck on 99% installation of that patch for like 15 minutes. So i closed origins and restarted it and forced the game to check for updates. After that everytime i try to lauch ME3 it doesn't, even thou on my Origin says I'm playing ME3.
Note: The program seems to be running, checked on Task manager.
