Alright bare with me this might seem like a bit of a rant, but I am mourning the loss of an entire squad



So basically money wise; I've sunk like $10 into getting additional packs to get started, not to mention the online pass fee of around $15.


I've promoted a couple characters and unlocked a couple rare guys and a bunch of uncommon eqipment 
(single use so I was saving it ...  ironically )

and some kick ass weapons and leveled up mods! 
(like the Geth smg and shotgun; Legion never told me Geth weapons Rock! ) 

I installed the new DLC, and even unlocked a cool looking Vorcha guy!  


Okay now for my semi-psychotic ramble! 


I played a really buggy level on the Salarian home world, where for some reason my guy kept free falling from the sky..??   (Random much??)

Then to top it off; when I got kicked from the server and when I re-entered the multi-player, all of  my equipment, weapons leveled up mods and characters are gone!!!! 

The human characters are reset to "new" and all the awesome guys are locked again!!! (And each class is lvl 1.)  


So naturally I can assume that the Reapers won ....



Never mind the 40+ hours I've sunk into unlocking this stuff...

I've never had a problem like this with a game before, does anyone know where I can get help??

that sounds horrible man, i havent heard of this problem before. Thats very odd that it did that, and even stranger that no one has replied to you. I wish i could help.

Cheers for the reply! It sucks, the EA guys got me to empty my Cache, and re download and re install the DLC's but the items I got from the weekend event are gone, and two of the characters I unlocked are now gone. (Along with a handsome sum of credits)

I still have no idea why it happened.. Plus if I had that app thing the unlocks would have shown there!!

It's fair annoying, I mean after I unlocked the Vorcha guy I got kicked, so I never even got to play him!

oh well! At least I have my Geth weapons back!

Plus the EA guys were nice about it...

But still! Gah... I'll stop now..

I've heard that some people were having similar problems before the last patch update, So I guess Im just one of the unlucky ones!
