I've been getting *a server errr occured while attempting to access your online profile storage" error since yesterday. This coincided with the completion of my first playthrough and starting of the second.

According to the profile storage diagnostics, I have errors number 1005, too many files uploaded, for both characters, 7 for the completed one and 5 for the other one.

Anyone else getting this? Is this a known issue, or should I report it?

Alot of people having this issue, including myself. Searched the forums and found tons of topics new and old...



No fixes that I've found and no idea if its being worked on

I highly doubt they care about fixing it since they are busy counting how much bucks they have earned so far. [joking]

Whoops, I just looked quickly and just noticed messages about the timeout error (which I'd had before). 

Anyway, I had some stats update (older ones from last night), but I'm still showing the 'too many files uploaded' error. Wonder if it could be related to the fact that my character screenshot isn't updating (which I assume they are supposed to?)

I had mine uploaded but according to my profile, I didn't plus I have a lucky stone... strange.

No longer getting the error message on the game side, but both characters still have error 1005, and the one I'm playing has hit 6 files. Trophies are showing up on the feed, but don't seem to be updating on the persona page, either. Wonder if the system's getting tweaked or if it's just still under heavy strain...

Edit: fixed the error number. Stupid mistake.

none of my stats are updating, neither has my characters picture uploaded.. the only thing that does work is the trophy side of things, shame really seems that it would be good if it works.

What I'm basically getting now is a semi-reliable irregular update of my character progression (again), with the abovementioned error 1005 showing up for my characters when I click on diagnostics at the persona page - no error messages on the game side. What I'm mostly wondering at the moment is whether avatar/profile pictures not updating after the character is first created on the PS3 side (and the xbox360 side, afaik?) is a bug or a feature? I'm hoping the first, of course, but at the moment I'm unsure... :/
