 Basically I have the Ultimate Edition and installed all DLC and played for 15 hours when suddenly all my saves vanished and all the DLC disappeared too. Now it's saying I need to purchase the DLC again despite already owning em

Still need more info... what version of the game do you have (retail disc, EA Origin download, Steam)? And what's your operating system (Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7)?

EDIT:  also, have you installed any mods?
