I haven't seen anyone else having this problem, but I'm now having issues staying connected to the servers. When I start up the game, it connects to the EA servers, but whenever I try to go to multiplayer, it gives me a loading screen for about thirty seconds, then kicks me to the main menu with this message:
"You have lost your connection to the Mass Effect 3 server. You must connect again to access online features of the title."

I was playing fine two days ago, and literally nothing on my computer has changed since then, except installing Rebellion and the patch.

Anyone having this problem/know how to get around it?

Having this problem too on the PS3. I can actually get to the multiplayer char select screen but a few seconds later, I get kicked from the server.

Same here, got disconnected multiple times while buying packs (although I didn't lose anything), got many disconnects while going into MP and the one game I tried since the patch I got disconnected on wave 6.

Exact same problem!!!! Before patch and Rebellion DLC, the game worked fine. After downloading the patch and DLC, I can't connect to the multiplayer, and get the exact same message.

I hope it's just server maintenance.

I started to randomly get disconnected from EA server during matches too. Not fun.

Edit: Hmm, looks like it was a problem with ISP.

Can't connect to MP as well. I reinstalled the game too just in case there was a problem with the updates, but didn't solve anything.

In the meantime, I just keep watching my Readiness Rating drop despite not being able to even connect. >:(

Same here. I think the issue also occured after patching and before installing DLC (though it might have been unrelated).

Bioware needs to address this ASAP. No point in releasing DLC if your customers can't play it.

Yes, and it sucks.

See also(PC): "you have lost your connection to the mass effect 3 server you must connect again to..."

Edit: fixed link

This morning the game told me that my DLC was corrupt and asked me to reinstall. I did this (again for the 2nd time) and still not able to play MP.

I tested the game on a different computer, and still can't get into MP.

Anyone else have success? Really frustrating - been unable to play MP since patch and DLC came out on Tuesday.

SOLVED (at least for me!)

I had enabled ME3 port forwarding on my router to help improve the game's connectivity pre-patch. But post patch it seems the forwarding rules mess things up.

Disabling the forwarding rule on my router fixed things instantly for me. You may want to check this.

My first clue was that my network traffic monitor wasn't reporting any outbound traffic from Mass Effect 3 despite the game attempting to connect to the MP servers. So take a look at your network traffic to see if the game is even sending data.

Interesting. I'll try that.
