Post-Patch Connection Issues? (PC)

"You have lost your connection to the Mass Effect 3 server. You must connect again to access online features of the title."
I was playing fine two days ago, and literally nothing on my computer has changed since then, except installing Rebellion and the patch.
Anyone having this problem/know how to get around it?

I hope it's just server maintenance.

Edit: Hmm, looks like it was a problem with ISP.

Can't connect to MP as well. I reinstalled the game too just in case there was a problem with the updates, but didn't solve anything.
In the meantime, I just keep watching my Readiness Rating drop despite not being able to even connect. >

I tested the game on a different computer, and still can't get into MP.
Anyone else have success? Really frustrating - been unable to play MP since patch and DLC came out on Tuesday.

I had enabled ME3 port forwarding on my router to help improve the game's connectivity pre-patch. But post patch it seems the forwarding rules mess things up.
Disabling the forwarding rule on my router fixed things instantly for me. You may want to check this.
My first clue was that my network traffic monitor wasn't reporting any outbound traffic from Mass Effect 3 despite the game attempting to connect to the MP servers. So take a look at your network traffic to see if the game is even sending data.

Interesting. I'll try that.
