Let me start by saying I'm not sure if this is the right place to put this. If it's wrong, I'm sorry, it looked like the right place. Now, here's my problem. For the past two weeks I have not received the commendation pack for completion of the weekend challenge. The first week, Operation Silencer, I thought my friends and I might have finished a game on gold after the challenge had ended but after checking online, I saw that the challenge was still open at the time of our completion, and yet I was never awarded a commendation pack for my efforts. The challenge after that, Operation Shieldwall, my friend and I both promoted our 3 characters at the same time. He has his pack, and I still have not received mine. I have had the "Upload Gameplay Feedback" option turned on since getting the game, and have received the rewards for previous challenges but not these last two. When it happened the first time I was more than willing to just let it go, but now that it seems to be a recurring pattern, I would like to get it sorted out so I can continue participating in the weekend challenges. Any help that can be offered or pointing me to someone who can help is appreciated.

Two things. The weekend challenge for Silencer was not met hence the lack of any packs for that one two weeks ago.

As for this past weekends' Shieldwall I also never received my commendation pack and I just called the customer service number through Bioware/EA website and or do the online chat and calmly explain your situation.

After I did it took like less than a minute after the rep said he was gonna send for me to receive it. Hopefully this works for you as it did for me.

I know we didn't get the victory pack for Silencer but does our lack of success as a community prevent us from getting the reward for the squad goal? Anyway, thanks for the help.
