Heads always Show Invisible - 3ds Max + Gmax + Blender

Can someone please help me work on faces for this game, I've made a huge mod with a ton of combined heads, but when I create my own custom ones , they wont load up, just invisible head, normal character animations. I cant figure out why, MDB loader doesnt fix the texture problems all versions of NWutilities and 3ds Max, Gmax, Blender, and more dont work, textures never show up, I can swap existing ones but I cant make a custom head that shows textures.. can anyone please help. 


I even made custom animations (Although X rated) and want to make more to fix walking issues and other things, make this game up to part with Dragon Age but multiplayer, but unlike animations I cant get the head textures to show.. *Bangs head on wall* need help.

Check my thread regarding help with boots/gloves -- there are a number of suggestions in there that might be the culprit and were getting me, and they're recent.

You're probably lacking the skeletons whose model numbers match those of the heads, as I explained in HappyCrow's post.

Elysius... I love you... you brilliant, bastard child of awesomeness , That was exactly the issue, all is well with the force now. One of my new sexy NPC's is totally naming a child after you or something xD thank you.
