I'm not really good at math but assuming you have only one non-character rare left to max out, you basically have to compete with 18 gold character cards.. So in 19 Spectre packs there's 1 non-character rare (please correct me if I'm wrong) thats roughly about 5% chance... I've read several threads similar to this but I don't completely agree that you shouldn't get character cards once you've completed its customization option but I think Bioware should do something about this, at least lessen the odds of getting characters with complete customization options or something. "Hunting" for the items you want has became more tedious(I'm not talking about URs). Investing a lot of time earning credits and all you get are the same rares again and again is not fun at all...

Since the Rebellion DLC release it became harder for me to get gold cards i want/need..
