 anyone else having multiplayer problems since patch 3 came out ?

went to play me3 for first time since the server maintanence that happened last night and patch 3 was available for download wich i installed sucsessfully.
went to to multiplayer all seemed ok could access the store and mess about with my load outs but when  i search for a match i get frozen on the blue loading screen with the communicating icon continually spinning, i can hear the other players talking to each other but thats it.
i cleared the casche and deleated game update info from hard drive then redownloaded patch 3 now sometimes i get the loading screen freeze and sometimes i can enter the prematch lobby play the game but when the game finishs  it freezes as soon as the extraction count down disappears.
any ideas or solutions  please....
