So, having just played through the dwarven noble origin, I'm wondering if any of the dialogue options end up having long term effects on the plot. Things like:

*agreeing or disagreeing about the rights of surface dwarves in the throne room
*how antagonistic you are towards your brother when you first meet him
*whether you tell the scout that you may be walking into an ambush or not
*whether you confess to the king that you killed your brother deliberately

etc etc. Has anyone tried all the various options and figured out their consequences?
