Shepard and Kenson were clearly sitting in the back of the shuttle, who was flying it?

No idea. Maybe Space Magic has a part time job as a shuttle pilot?

Nice catch! I'm playing ME2 at least 10 times and I just started to think of that. but not just Arrival any other mission. Who fly the shuttle? Why he/she never speaks or se him/her?
Anyway, in ME3 finally fixed this issue. They also gave a chracter for the pilot.

At the end of Jack's loyalty mission Shep does bang on the cockpit door to say hurry the **** up before this tattooed loony blows us up as well. Implies that there is someone in there even though nothin is spoken and you never see who's flying it. But in Arrival it's pretty clear that it's just Shepard and Kenson who got in unless we're to beleive that a Batarian pilot was just sitting there and ignoring all the gunfire going on around him.

You're right. I played it again at the weekend and heard her say it. Seems like she piloted it out of the hangar and off world and then turned the autopilot on. Always seemed most likely one of them would have done that but don't know why I hadn't actually noticed the dialogue before.Durhon wrote...

In ME2 all shuttles go on autopilot, only in ME3 there is a pilot.

If an autopilot is flying the shuttle away from Pragia why does Shepard bang on the door when Jack triggers the bomb? Seems more likely most of the time there's a pilot we're just never introduced to.

I always assumed it was Jacob, since that'd be the only way he got off the Normandy in my game.
