 Kirby would blink, then open wide and start inhaling as hard as he could, without end.  The catalyst would not be affected since it is just a hologram and would proceed to explain why inhaling holograms is pointless since all holograms will inevitably not be inhaled by organics before Kirby passes out.
Kirby would awake in a high security Cerberus facility where a hologram of the Illusive Man would welcome him back to the waking world, and inform him that he was not Kirby but Commander Shepard who had been suffering under the effects of indoctrination.  The entire game that he thought was ME3 had never happened and TIM needed Shepard to choose between investigating an emerging cataclysm in Batarian space or returning to Earth to face a board of inquriy regarding the destruction of a mass relay.

You know thats where good writing and bad one get seperated, good writers don't include Deus Ex Machina Devices (Crucible), Characters (guess who.....) or moments (Red, Green; Blue) in their Storys.
So Games that don't have "artistic" writers don't include those things (Max Payne 3, Gears of War 3, dumb maybe but not pathetic or Dragon Age Origins.....Hell even the first Mass effect didn't have that.
