YTrying to install the game via EA digital download manager and I get to the end where it gives me "data error" and game wont finish installing

I tried to contact EA about this and they gave me the run around,now when I go back to the site to speak to someone via live feed,it looks as if they have removed Dragon Ages from their list for game help

What is going on?
