All vorcha have serious sinus infections. That sound they make isn't an attempt at communication, but rather them getting all that **** out of their sinuses. Give them a tissue will you bioware?

You'll also take note that they have several holes in their head, a small mouth, and huge long sharp teeth. I think they sound pretty good taking all that into account.
