Hey Bioware it has happened again especially after this last patch, it made me log into an account and all my stats have been erased!! No one is responding or seems to care about the issue so I dont know what else to do. Im seriously thinking about making the BBB aware of more issues this game is causing and how its pretty much wasting some of our time since the game erases of our progress and no one at bioware or moderators or whoever will acknowledge this issue or if it is being addressed at all. I am no one important but a guy who has put alot of time into your product and is getting frustrated when no one is adressing the fact that your game or EA Origin is erasing all my progress. If you dont plan or have not looked into this then say hey its not being fixed or hey its being looked into......something would suffice.

Bioware does not give a **** about BBB reports. Just look at the 96 page black hole thread.

You know what at this point I will say and do whatever I need to so that they are aware of this issue. As much time as I have wasted playing this game trying to get those 5 thousand kills and at times getting really close to it and then it resets, or when I finally beat that gold map on multiplayer only to have it reset.....yeah im pretty f****** pissed, you feel where im coming from at all? I also had progress for my insanity run erased but tried to keep going to hopefully go back and clean up what I missed by starting over but guess what? My progress was erased again! All I want is a little "we are aware and looking into this" or something....anything....this is 8 times the game has reset on me.

I think that this is a legit gripe about this game and it deserves alittle looking into.

it does but if Bioware has not fixed the black hole that has been present since launch, completely preventing those of us with it from playing the game (that we spent 60 to 80 dollars on) at all even when it has been reported to the BBB and I think FTC then they will not do anything about your problem. however I am not saying that your problem is not important. this is a link to the thread that I am talking about

I know I have seen it but this is not just "my problem" others have experienced this and there is a thread on this already too. what I am doing is to continue to bring awareness that this is happening in hopes of getting the issue fixed because I spent that extra money on CE and I demand (yes I said demand) my game to work properly because I paid for it. I know a games are not going to be perfect but things like this and the black hole issue need to be addressed, its not like its a mission that's glitched its hours and hours of game play being erased that we spent time doing.
