This is new from the last patch I'm guessing. I'd think it was my graphics card if wasn't only that single two second sequence. The rest of the ending was glitch free.

Ok so I chose an ending and during the scene right before it shows the reapers retreat, everything was very dark blue and all projectiles were red. Also, no, I didn't choose the "blue" ending. I chose the green one. Plus I've beaten the game about six times now and that's never happened.
