HELP! - Game freezes during cinematic: Priority: Citadel II

The game froze at the loading cinematic right before I was going to dock at the Citadel to help fight Cerberus soldiers who were taking over.

The camera pans from Garus to Shep, but freezes once you see Shep's arm. I have found no topics regarding this, or at least any that have been resolved. I'd like to know if anyone knows what can be done about this.
