when i first did this i had the SEG 1 card (+3%) in the gear slot. I looked at the power recharge speed in the weapons menu and it stated +170%. when i unequipped it i looked at it again and it stated +167%. now that i have the SEG II it doesnt add the +7.5%. if i equip it or not, the power recharge speed remains the same at +167%. is this a bug or it just doesnt show past the first level (I).

The power eff mod doesnt work/show in the power recharge speed either.

It doesn't show, but it still applies the effect.
