Strike is rare, harrier is Ultra Rare. Both you can now get with the best odds out of the premium Spectre Packs, since they do give two guaranteed rares with what seems to now be properly working improved chances of Ultra Rares. (Got 6 ultra rares out of 13 or so packs since the 1.03 patch, and in one pack I got two ultra rares instead of rares)

If you haven't figured this out yet, the widow isn't that good on a class without cloak that gives you bonus damage. And this is how you should use the vorcha: Put reegar carbine on him and give him the flamer ability, when your in combat first fire the reegar carbine and then fire the flamer, this is one of the most powerful combinations in this games. Have fun!

I run mine with out flamer, stack grenades and use them on ranged enemy's, close the gap and use your shotgun of choice / cq attack ( with out flamer you cam carry what guns u like, but i never have what i want equiped at the right time , so i stick with one lol )
As long as u get that first kill out the way with bloodlust on your relatively "tanky" so to speak.

I use a Kishock Harpoon with my Vorchinel to great effect, switching to a shotgun for close quarters. The Kishock lets me deal with Cerberus Guardians with ease, and is great for "flagging" Geth Hunters. The bleed damage means I register kills on enemies after I've stopped paying attention to them, and it doesn't seem to suffer much from firing from the hip thanks to a comparatively high ammo reserve and short reload time.
But mostly, it's a lot of fun.
