 I beat ME 3 twice. but something was happened. after rolling down all credit screen, it automatically sets to a part where I am about to assult Cerberus base again when I look at a map. it's supposed to show the rest parts or leftover missions. is there any solution for this?

That is normal and working as intended.

This is indeed normal. This is the last point in the game where you can access the Citadel and side missions and therefore ideal for future DLC.
