I used your older guide yesterday, and I have received my Commendation Pack, but all it contained was an invitation to the Super Elite Eagles Club. In any case...
I'll bookmark this as a future reference for myself and others when needed. Thanks for it.

Every time when I am trying to LOGIN on support page in EA, it's unavailible... Every day... every week... Also Online chat is never working... Thx EA, nice support! Wrote an email, waiting for week already...

Yeah I think so. Never had the chat option, just email. But this time chat option was available. Seems they don't always have someone to chat. Or maybe they have, just not for that apartment. (Like for ME3, etc.)zerozen00 wrote...

One more thing, on PC, the only thing the advisor needs to know is the mail associated to the Origin account, in case they ask for the game serial number (thing they should never ask). Last time my advisor asked for the number and I had to tell him that the mail is the only thing he needed.

@those who don't get the login screen: try using Internet Explorer. On top of that, clear your browser history and your cookies from the browser options, and then restart the browser.
If that doesn't work and you're already using IE, give Firefox a go. You can download here a portable standalone version. This means you download it, run the executable and choose to install it in a folder. When you're done using it you just delete the folder, and it doesn't leave any trace of itself on your PC.
I'm currently "molesting" EA Support to have a working solution to the "service currently unavailable" problem, until they answer me just keep try following this guide. I'm on it, don't worry.

Thanks for the post zen. Most helpful. I'm awaiting a response to my mail at the present. For people who don't see the box with the login/register option at the top right; you probably have third party cookies blocked. You can either allow them or add sso.origin.com to the allowed sites.

A quick report. The mail was successful and the commendation pack was granted. I haven't been able to get on the console yet but on PC I got a Hurricane. One thing I noticed was I only had 36 hours to redeem the pack. Not sure if this is standard for manual packs or an indication that the packs will no longer be available, or much harder to obtain, in 36 hours time.
