I got caught out by the 'pack expiry window'.
I sent my EA 'no pack' e-mail at the weekend after the pack didn't drop mid-week.
Then I got an e-mail reply to say it was 'fixed'.
"Basically, I have done some manual changes in your account and added the required entitlements. Please login into your account and let me know the issue still persists."
Great. - But it didn't work! So I sent another e-mail and by the time that was replied to the pack has expired.
"Please let me clarify that we are not having codes to provide the access of Operation Shieldwall Commendation Pack on your account. I really want to assist you, but nothing can be done in the issue. The promotional offer has expired. I apologize for the previous response from our end."
Disappointing, I promoted 6 characters - and the 'nothing can be done' response lacked a sense of taking of ownership from the Customer Services team.
If it happens again, I will be more prompt with my action, using this guide (above).
