Relix, honoured to have you here. I think you are better off waiting for the announcement by Chris where he states the packs are done being handed out, and then contact support. This time you may just be among those that will get it correctly but not immediately. This time, for example, I got mine almost immediately, while two weeks ago I got it almost a day in.

@Horror Brawl: same advice for you, just wait. If you still get the authentication error try using another browser. Or cleari your cache and accept cookies from ea.com. Also, add sso.origin.com to the list of alowed sites.

Yes, PC and both consoles. People reported getting their packs after following this guide and having participated in the operation with data tracking off, and it may just be EA Support not checking, but I advise against this practice. It would be unfair and there could be consequences.

So true, but probably there is few people that got the pack without completing the Operation - and also I am very new to ME3 Multiplayer - so how often do we have OPs?

Thank you, your guide most definitely does help.  The unhelpful people on the other end of the text chat were not, so I'm trying the e-mail route.

You are probably right. I'll wait for an official word on this, and contact support, if I still don't have it afterwards.

And thank you for the guide. :) I hope I won't need it again, though.

Well Zen, not too fond of your post signing, but thank god for this :) Not a big fan of customer supports but this guide at least made it quick and painless

Just had my Comm Pack manually added by EA Support with Live Chat (which took less than 3 minutes) and using the example text that zerozen has on the first post.

Very simple process with no issues at all.

Yeah i got that message too using google chrome so i logged in with internet explorer and it worked!

How am I supposed to type in what game if I can't even /LOG IN/ because it keeps saying I time out? I don't get this at all.Contact Us only works if you're logged in, and it keeps saying it's unavaible and timed out.



Edit: Did what it said and went to ea.com, it seemed to log in there. . but just go back to instantly being logged out without anything about a master ID.

Yeah, I learned a long time ago that is easier just to deal with any bugs, problems, lost items, etc. yourself than it ever is to contact customer support.

Giving this a shot though, I would like to actually get that pack.

Update: I just used the Origin Live Chat help and used this as a template.  Got my commendation pack in about 5 minutes.  *thumbs up*

Had trouble logging in to EA help with google chrome (timeout issue).
Switched to IE9 and everything worked fine :o

Right I've tried 4 different computers, 4 different browsers: firefox, chrome, ie8 and ie9 and everytime I get a timeout error on ea.com and a temporarily unavailable error on help.ea.com.

Does anyone have the e-mail address of ea support so I can just e-mail them directly as it seems you can't even e-mail them unless you are logged into your origin account which seems to be impossible for me.

I'm sure the Eagle II I will receive in my commendation pack won't be worth all of this effort in the end but I haven't received a commendation pack once for any of the previous events I've taken place in and I thought this time I'll try and sort it out since the instructions in this thread seemed so easy to follow...

Just got an e-mail saying they added it, it's not there. Just got another e-mail saying the case is closed. Oh well. I guess it's not to big a loss. I probably would've just gotten the Eagle or a Crusader upgrade anyway.
