I had a problem myself with login. It took forever -on firefox- to do it. I simply closed the tab when charging and returned to help.ea.com.

You'll be normally logged. Hope it helps.

Update to the guide due in a few hours, in the meantime just remember to replace "SHIELDWALL" with "BROADSIDE" in step 14.

Another operation weekend, another chance someone will need this guide. I'm going to update it shortly (for real this time).

In the meantime, if you don't have an Earth character but want to take part in the operation and a Commendation Pack (and who doesn't?), I suggest you to check awesome DragonRacer's awesome thread (no, it's not a typo, I repeated the "awesome" on purpose): Operation Thread: Earth Squadmates Roll Call.

In there you will find Origin IDs, Xbox Gamertags and PSN IDs of helpful BSNers who are willing to help you out with their N7 characters. I'd help too, but at the time of posting I have 0 new characters. If I get lucky in the next 48 hours I'll add my Origin ID to the thread, so you'll get your chance to play with zen (you know you want to).

Joking aside, happy hunting everybody and I'll be here to help out anyone who's missing their Commendation Pack for this Operation.

I had a problem myself with login too. But I tried to use Origin Help from client-program. Just select English US and you'll see the Live Chat option in the Origin Help menu.

Since Zen is on vacation, I'll bump this thread for the folks who haven't received their commendation packs yet. Usually, if you wait until Thursday to live chat with the EA folks, they'll start manually adding them. Contact them before that and you usually get the "wait 24-48 hours" dealio.

So, try now, folks, if you're missing packs. Zen's guide on Page 1 is very helpful.

This is the first time I haven't received my commendation pack and I'm trying to follow this guide, but either they've changed the website (the help page doesn't quite look like the screenshots) or I'm missing something, as I see no option for any contact whatsoever. There's a link for Operation Overwatch and the only instruction it gives if you didn't get your pack is to turn on feedback on (which obviously is or I wouldn't bother trying to contact them...). Is there a direct link to the live chat option?

Also, a lot of the time logging in over there flat out fails.... Its the same account I use here and it never fails on BSN, or the Origin client, but on the EA website (which the origin client brings you to), half the time it tells me my password is wrong.  Just a mess of a website.

I did this and didnt get my rewatd for broadside. They said the packs arent in the system anymire.

I just used the email method for my Overwatch pack, other than being fobbed off with the "wait 12-24 hours and contact us again if it hasn't appeared" first response, things went pretty smoothly and I'm now the proud owner for a Valiant I. Thanks for the guide!

My experiences with the support team:
Nearly right after all packs were sent out and Chris told us to contact the support if we did not
get one, I wrote a message to the support team complaining about this issue in the way
described above. In return I got the "Please wait 24-48h"-answer.
Yesterday I used the live chat and was told to wait another 24-48 hours.
Today (thursday after the event) at 16.00h or 4 p.m. MEST (UTC+2) I contacted the support
team via live chat again. And miraculously there was no problem in providing me with the
commendation pack.

I have bookmarked this thread... have the dim feeling that I will need it again...

First time I've had an issue with a commendation pack. Fortunately this guide made it simple to contact live support and I got it within 10 minutes.

i am missing the commendation pack from the latest operation. waited a few more days cos i figured being in the uk and on ps3 it might just be delayed.
