I thought I could "retire" my guide since Bioware has introduced this new feature, but seeing people are still having problems I'll keep it alive.

I'm still on vacation, but I check my email on a daily basis (at times even twice in a day, wo-hoo), so if people post here reporting problems even after following this guide I'll be notified and I'll come to the rescue as soon as humanly possible.

As usual suggestions, corrections and bumps are greatly appreciated.

the "commendation pack help" didnt help, i lost my last commendation pack waiting for BioWare to help, when i contacted with EA it was too late, so i will continue doing this c:

I don't ever seem to have access to EA chat, it's always greyed out as an option?

Tried the guide posted on this thread on reporting a missing commendation pack, hopefully, will get a response from EA/Bioware.

The guide is well constructed and even provided a template to report the problem. Kudos to the nice person who worked on the guide.
