Guys there are like 8 different threads on the same thing. If u bothered to scour some of them it is outlined that u can either call or online chat with customer service and they will send u a commendation pack if u calmly explain u haven't received one yet.
Let's stop making like 15 commendation pack threads. I hope this helps.

Same problem, running 3 classes from 1 to 20 is a pain, I promoted 4 classes that weekend and no pack yet!
